Seeds for Success—our first-ever distributor event for our Southeast Asian partners has officially come to a close!
After a week filled with insightful presentations, hands-on workshops, and even a little karaoke, it’s been an unforgettable experience for everyone at our UK headquarters and our distribution team joining us from across Southeast Asia.
Taking place from February 24th- 26th, twelve representatives from five distributors across four countries—Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia—came together to:
- Strengthen collaboration with our global business
- Exchange industry knowledge
- Support our distribution network
- Offer the latest technical support
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives
- Explore future opportunities for Metalube and Molyslip products
During the event, Metalube hosted vital technical talks and laboratory sessions with our distributors, allowing them to understand how products are designed from the ground up. Similarly, it was an opportunity to speak and brainstorm with our commercial teams to help grasp our product ranges and build on the current market position.
Alongside dedicated time spent with our commercial teams, our distributors also spent time with our manufacturing team, allowing them to see how our products are made. Ensuring that our distributor network understands how our products are designed and made here at our UK headquarters is paramount to our continued success.
The group also met with our marketing team to discuss opportunities to collaborate and work together on future campaigns.
