Metalube’s technical services team, hosts a successful technical services seminars in Dubai. Led by our Global Technical Services Manager Emma Pates our team completed a successful round of technical training to our customers in the Middle East., delivering technical service seminars with our customers at Dubai Cable Company – Ducab
Including our Technical Sales Manager Zaid Ahmad and Asia Technical Services Manager Ts. Mohd Shahrin Abu Bakar, this visit was conducted as part of Metalube’s comprehensive aftersales support.
Our Technical Service team, led by Emma Pates and Ts. Mohd Shahrin Abu Bakar, audited Neelkanth’s machines and ensured that their lubricant condition was optimal. We arranged Fluid Maintenance Training for the operations team. This allowed them to learn the best practices and effectively monitor and control the lubricants to maximize the service life of the tank.
