30 Jun METALUBE Creates Partnership with Salford Women’s Aid
METALUBE parent company, The METALUBE Group, has created a partnership with local charity, Salford Women’s Aid and recently donated televisions, gaming systems, rehoming packs, and a power washer.
Salford Women’s Aid offers a range of services to help and support women, men and children who are affected by domestic abuse. They have two refuges which act as emergency residences for survivors of domestic abuse.
The donated televisions and gaming systems will be used in the children’s playrooms at both women’s refuges, and the power washer will clean the outside children’s play equipment. In addition, METALUBE Group has also donated care packages for new families. These are given to families when they have found new homes and leave the refuge. They include toiletries, food items, cleaning supplies and other useful items.
Robert Brown, Managing Director at METALUBE Group says: “This is just the beginning of our partnership with Salford Women’s Aid and we look forward to continuing our support over the coming years.Everyone has the right to live their life free from fear, violence and abuse and we are delighted to helps in any way we can.”
